When you request a quote: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your site address or Eircode, your timing and budget, any notes you add, and the configuration you built on the page.
To prepare a quote for your project and to contact you about it. That is the only use. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.
The annexe.ie team, and — only if you go ahead with a site visit — the builders and designers we ask to price your project. We tell you who they are first. Your request is delivered by email through our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Twelve months from your last contact with us if no project goes ahead, then it is deleted. Longer if you become a client, for as long as the law requires us to keep project records.
You can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@annexe.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Building a configuration on the page does not send anything to us. Your selections live in the page address in your own browser until you choose to submit them.
